资料介绍

针对采用三电极电化学葡萄糖传感器的血糖检测应用,提出了一种新型低功率、低噪声的紧凑式电流测量电路结构。该电路包含一个阈值电压基准电流源结构,能够为电化学反应提供所需的基准电压,并且能够将反应电流转换为响应的电压。采用0.35μmCMOS工艺进行了具体实现,面积为125μm×340μm。采用三电极电化学葡萄糖传感器进行了具体测量,实验结果表明了提出电路的可行性,其功率损耗为0.891mW,产生的噪声为0.73mVrms,适用于便携式电化学血糖检测设备。

A new type of low power,low noise,compact current measurement circuit is proposed for the detection of blood glucose using three electrode electrochemical glucose sensor.The circuit comprises a threshold voltage reference current source structure,which can provide the required reference voltage for the electrochemical reaction,and can convert the reactive current to the voltage of the response.The specific implementation of the 0.35μm CMOS process is carried out with an area of 125μm×340μm.The specific measurement experiment was carried out using the three electrode electrochemical glucose sensor,and the experimental results show that the proposed circuit is feasible,the power loss is 0.891 mW,the noise is 0.73 m...
