详细阐述一种以PVDF压电薄膜为感应材料的仿人机械手触觉传感器的设计方法:将PVDF输出的压力信号经信号调理电路进行信号转换、幅值放大与滤波,再通过数据处理,分析触觉与滑觉信号的不同特征。测试结果表明,该仿人机械手触觉传感器能够有效分析出三维空间上的触觉信号和滑觉信号。

In this paper,a design method of tactile sensor,which is based on the PVDF piezoelectric film as the sensing material,for humanoid manipulator is presented in detail.The output pressure signal of PVDF needs to be processed through the signal conditioning circuit for piezoelectric conversion,amplitude adjustment and filtering.And then different characteristics of the tactile and slip signals are analyzed through data processing.The test results show that the tactile sensor for humanoid manipulator can effectively analyze the tactile and slip signals in three-dimensional space.
