微弱电流测量中的I-F转换电路的设计

一般的电流表无法对变化很慢而且很微弱的电流信号（10^-5～10^-12A）进行测量，本文介绍了目前常用的微弱电流测量方法，并详细介绍了复位式I-F转换电路，该电路能很好的实现对频率的测试来达到测量微弱电流的目的．
The current signal which changes very slowly and weakly（the extent of 10^-5～10^-12A） can not be measured by regular meters. In this paper, firstly the mostly used approaches of measuring weak current are introduced and their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out,then a I-F transfer circuit based on reset way is focused on. The circuit can measure the weak current.
