LED 照明需要稳定、可靠的恒流驱动电路.应用LED 驱动芯片HV9910B 设计了大功率高亮度LED 驱动电路.提出了基于该芯片的设计方案,采用DC/DC降压型拓扑结构,以输出恒定电流的方式驱动LED.重点解析了整个电路的详细设计过程.该电路的输入电压为12 V,可驱动2个1 W的大功率LED发光,驱动电流达350 mA,并具有PWM调光功能.对该设计的测试结果表明,电路的效率可达89.2%,优于大部分同类电路,且电路的PWM调光线性度良好,性能稳定可靠.该电路所需的外围元器件少,电路结构简单,设计方便,广泛适用于通用的LED照明场合.

A stable and reliable constant current driving circuit is needed in LED illumination. A high power and high brightness LED drive circuit with HV9910B chip was designed. A design scheme based on this chip is proposed,in which DC/DC buck topology structure is adopted and constant current driving mode is used for LED. The detailed design process of the cir-cuit is described. The input voltage of the circuit is 12 V. The circuit with PWM dimming function can drive two 1 W LEDs con-nected in series and its driving current is 350 mA.
