The smartphone PCB experienced a golden age in the past decade and is still a kind of hot,high end product,characterized by higher reliability and bigger difficulty in fabrication.This paper chose a 1+6+1 HDI board based on Smartphone and elaborated the full process production and quality control,which,hopefully,could provide some references for scholars engaged in PCB industry.
