资料介绍

针对工控领域阀门控制系统对阀门控制精度高、能耗低的要求，对基于HART协议智能阀门定位器进行了研究，在符合设计要求的基础上，给出了二线制HART型智能阀门定位器的软硬件设计方案。硬件电路以主控芯片MSP430单片机为主，配以信号采样电路、阀位反馈电路、HART通信电路等组成硬件系统；软件设计采用模块化设计，各响应均以中断请求的方式进行。该系统满足系统的低功耗，阀位准确控制，具备HART通信等要求，对相关产品的研制具有指导意义。

Since the valve control system in industrial control field has the demand for the high control accuracy and lowenergy consumption of the valve,the intelligent valve positioner based on HART protocol is studied. On the basis of complyingwith the design requirement,the software and hardware design schemes of the intelligent valve positioner of two?wire HART typeare given. The hardware circuit takes MSP430 microcontroller as the main controller. The hardware system is composed of signalsampling circuit,valve feedback circuit and HART communication circuit.
