基于GPIB总线技术的自动测试系统设计
资料介绍
针对目前国内外常用测量设备集成度、系统化及自动化程度低等问题,本文基于GPIB总线技术设计构建了一套全自动测试系统。本文从硬件配置、软件设计等方面对系统进行了详细介绍,并对系统进行了性能测试。测试结果表明,该系统具有测试精度高、长期稳定性好、测量速度快、精度高等优点,有较高的应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of integration,systemization and low automation of commonly used measuring equipment at home and abroad,a fully automatic test system based on GPIB bus technologyisdesigned.The hardware configuration and software design are introduced,and the performance of the system is tested.The test results show that the system has the advantages of high test accuracy,long-term stability,fast measurement speed and high precision.Ithashigh application value.
