资料介绍

分析了常见的电子产品或设备和电子元器件的ESD静电放电模拟测试标准,将二者进行了对比,并提出了测试印制电路板中隐埋薄膜电阻的ESD静电放电模拟测试方法。通过实验,研究了隐埋薄膜电阻材料的方阻、电阻宽度、电阻长度/宽度（长宽比）、电阻形状以及ESD静电放电模拟测试设备对印制电路板中隐埋薄膜电阻的耐受ESD能力的影响,并通过功率分析,探讨了产生这些影响的机制。另外,还通过对ESD静电放电模拟测试失效样品的分析,研究了印制电路板中隐埋薄膜电阻ESD失效机理。

introduced and compared common ESD simulation test standards of electrical products and components. Based on these standards, ESD simulation test method of buried thin film resistor in printed circuit board is proposed. By experiments, the influence of some factors on the ESD endurance is discussed, these factors include square resistivity, width of resistor, ratio of length and width（L /b）, shape of resistor and ESD simulation test equipment. The mechanism of the influence is discussed by power analysis. The failure mechanism of buried thin film resistor in printed circuit board under ESD simulation test is also discussed by analyzing failed samples.
