The aricle discribes the design of the overcurrent circuit for East Klystrons in EAST 2.45 G klystron microwave heating system. It is used for monitoring the klystron tube current. When the tube current exceeds the threshold, the protection system sends an alarm signal to the computer control system protect the safety of klystron.
