针对波长编码型光位移传感器,设计了基于DSP的传感器输出信号解调电路,给出了DSP系统、对数运算电路、温度补偿电路、CAN通讯电路等硬件模块的具体设计方案;研究了解调算法,采用传感器标定的方法,在DSP内部通过插值算法提高了输出精度,并通过CAN总线将数据实时发送给上位机;实验结果表明:设计的解调电路能实现光传感器输出信号的采集与解调,具有温度误差等补偿功能,同时具备总线传输功能,为传感器的智能化、网络化奠定了一定的基础。

According to wavelength encoder type optical displacement sensor, the sensor output signal demodulation circuit based on DSP (Digital Signal Processing) is designed, The DSP system, the logarithmic arithmetic circuit, the temperature compensation circuit and the CAN (controller area network) communication circuit are presented. The demodulation algorithm is analyzed. Using the method of sensor calibration, the output accuracy is enhanced by the interpolation algorithm and real-time data is sent to host computer through the CAN bus.
