基于物联网的油田输油泵远程DCS系统设计

摘要:针对当前油田输油泵测控中存在劳动强度大、故障处理延迟长、测控精度低、多泵协调工作能
力弱等缺点,采用自顶而下、层次化的方式设计了基于物联网的油田输油泵远程DGS系统,系统总
体架构包括DCS层、服务层及扩展层。介绍了站点自治区域物联网DCS控制结构,给出了其感知
层、网络层、应用层的设计内容。重点论述了DCS层物联网传感器节点、协调器节点的硬件设计,以
及整个系统的底层程序与上层软件的软件设计。实践证明DCS系统为油田设备远程监控提供了非
常好的测控模型与设计方法。(图6,参19)

输油泵是油田关键的动力运输设备,一般由机械
装置、螺杆泵(或柱塞泵)、机械管路、开关阀门、调节电
动阀、各类传感器及测控元件组成,多数位于偏远的
无人区域n吃]。传统的输油泵测量与控制多采用人工
巡检方式,少数企业采用仪器仪表、计算机本地单机测
控的管理方式,这些方式存在工人劳动强度大、故障问
题处理延迟长、测控精度低、多泵协调工作能力弱等缺
点,尤其当管道压力过高、输油泵得不到及时调控时,
会造成原油泄漏的严重事故¨ o。
