在电力设备的运行过程中对运行环境中的温湿度进行监测与控制,有助于提高设备运行的安全系数。对此,论文利用C8051F120单片机设计了一种电力设备运行环境智能控制系统。该系统以C8051F120单片机做为中央控制器,配以AM2315型高精度温湿度传感器等外围功能模块电路组成系统的硬件部分,用于采集传送、转换运行环境中的温湿度信息。利用自适应PID算法做为软件核心部分,用于对电力设备运行环境中的实时温湿度状态与目标温湿度状态的偏差度进行计算,并将计算结果送于中央控制器,以供中央控制器根据计算结果对外围模块电路进行调度,以实现对电力设备运行环境中的温湿度进行智能监测与控制。实验结果表明,论文通过C8051F120单片机所设计的电力设备运行环境智能控制系统,能够有效、快速地对运行环境中的温湿度进行监测与控制。

Monitoring and controlling the temperature and humidity in the operation environment during the operation of elec. tric power equipment will help to improve the safety factor of the equipment. In this regard,this paper uses C8051F120 microcon. troller to design an intelligent control system for power equipment running environment. The system uses C8051F120 as the central controller and the peripheral function module circuit of AM2315 high precision temperature and humidity sensor to make up the hardware part of the system,which is used to collect the temperature and humidity information in the transmission and conversion environment. The adaptive PID algorithm is used as the core part of the software,which is used to calculate the deviation degree of the temperature and humidity state of the electric power equipment and the temperature and humidity state of the target. The calcula. tion results are sent to the central controller for the central controller to schedule the external block circuit according to the calcula. tion results,so as to realize the electric power. The temperature and humidity in the equipment running environment are monitored and controlled. The experimental results show that the intelligent control system of the operation environment of power equipment, designed by C8051F120 single chip microcomputer,can monitor and control the temperature and humidity in the operating environ. ment effectively and er can control the pressure quickly and accurately,and it can meet the pressure control require. ments in the working process of the injection molding machine.
