工业炉窑中烟气氧含量可直接反映炉内燃烧状况,氧含量的测量对于提高燃料的燃烧效率,有效地减少环境污染具有重要的意义。文中基于氧化锆传感器设计残氧浓度检测装置,介绍氧化锆传感器测量氧浓度的原理,设计残氧浓度检测装置,包括氧浓度测量电路、温度控制电路、4~20mA输出电路以及人机界面等;在程序设计中采用分段式PID控制算法提高传感器的控温精度和稳定性。所研制的残氧浓度检测装置已经投入实际应用,具有测量精度高、可靠性高和性价比高等优点,并且有非常好的市场前景。

The oxygen content of the flue gas in the industrial furnace can directly reflect the combustion status in the furnace.The oxygen content measurement is of great significance for improving the fuel combustion efficiency and effectively reducing the environment pollution.A residual oxygen concentration detection device based on the zirconia sensor is designed in this paper.The oxygen concentration measurement principle of the zirconia sensor is introduced.The residual oxygen concentration detection device is designed,including the oxygen concentration measurement circuit,temperature control circuit,4~20 mA output circuit and human-machine interface.The temperature control accuracy and stability of the sensor are improved by using the piecewise PID control algorithm in the program design.The developed residual oxygen concentration detection device has been put into practical application,and has the advantages of high measurement accuracy,reliability and cost performance,and a very good market prospect.
