资料介绍

设计了一种基于Android的实时诊断设备故障状态的便携式仪器。通过分析改进型共振解调电路提取微冲击信号包络的原理,采用以TMS320F28335结合CC3200芯片作为硬件采集传输电路的控制器,基于Wi Fi传输技术与Android开发平台,开发了一套集现场、远程为一体的故障诊断监测系统。对仪器进行现场试验,并与Lab VIEW分析平台进行对比。结果表明,该仪器使用便携,具有较高的精度和适用性。

A portable instrument diagnosising equipment fault in real time based on Android was proposed.The principle ofextracting the envelope of the micro impulse signal by the improved resonance demodulation circuit was analyzed.TMS320F28335combined with CC3200 chip was used as the controller of hardware acquisition and transmission circuit.Based on WiFi transmis-sion technology and Android development platform,a set of fault diagnosis and monitoring system integrated with field and remotewas developed.The instrument was tested on site and compared with the LabVIEW analysis platform. It is shown that the instru-ment is portable and has high accuracy and applicability.
