基于555多谐振荡电路的自动电阻测量仪
资料介绍
为了提高电阻测量效率,设计了一种自动电阻测量仪,该仪器采用555定时器的振荡电路作为基本的测量原理电路,开发了档位识别电路,进行阻值档位的预判别,避免了档位切换时由于频率重叠造成的测量错误;采用标准精密电阻作为校正基准,进行软件插值补正,实现了对量程范围内的电阻的自动精密测量。对自动电阻测量仪和万用表进行了电阻测量比对,并且驱动电机带动电位器等间隔旋转,进行测量电阻阻值实验,实验结果表明其精度在1%左右。使用该自动电阻测量仪能够提高测量效率,有利于实训电阻的生产过程测量自动化。
