物联网医学在哮喘管理中应用的研究进展

【摘要】物联网医学是一种全新的诊疗模式,实现了远距离的医院、患者和医疗设备之间的互动,进而解决医疗
问题。支气管哮喘是最常见的一种慢性呼吸系统疾病,主要表现为气道慢性炎症和气道高反应性。通过物联网
技术可以实现对哮喘的有效监控管理。本文从患者、医师以及分级诊疗3个层面综述物联网医学在哮喘管理中
的作用。物联网医学可以提高哮喘患者的自我管理能力,方便医师对患者的随访管理,节约医疗资源,优化三级
诊疗,实现精准医疗。目前物联网医学虽然还不完善,但终将在哮喘的慢性管理中占有重要地位。
