为了提高电动车辆充电技术,介绍了以MC9S12XET256单片机和UCC3895PWM控制芯片为核心的充电系统硬件设计思路,该系统主电路采用ZVS PWM全桥电路拓扑,并以CodeWarrior为软件开发平台,对电源系统的软件流程进行设计,最后通过Saber仿真软件对系统主电路及电压电流采样电路进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,电路设计合理,元器件参数计算正确。

In order to improve the charging technology of electric vehicles,the hardware design idea of charging system with MC9S12XET256MCU and UCC3895PWM control chip as the core is introduced.The main circuit of the system adopts ZVS PWM fullbridge circuit topology.Taking CodeWarrior as the software development platform,the software flow of the power system is designed.Finally,the main circuit and voltage and current sampling circuit of the system are simulated and analyzed by Saber simulation software.The simulation results show that the circuit design is reasonable and the component parameters are calculated correctly.
