资料介绍

为解决某型号炮位侦察校射雷达中高速信号处理模块的测试,文中设计了基于VME总线的高速数字电路自动测试系统,该系统能模拟雷达工作环境,利用VME测试模块提供测试所需的光口、RapidIO等信号,测试结果通过VME主控器网口上报给系统管理平台;该系统成功应用于某型雷达高速信号处理模块的测试,可完成VME总线接口的测试;3路RapidIO信号的测试,Rapid IO信号传输速率为3.125Gbps;4路光纤通道的测试,光纤通道波特率为2Gbps;研究及实测结果表明该系统可解决基于VME总线的高速信号处理模块的测试。
