一种低压TSC的过零触发电路设计
资料介绍
设计了一种低压TSC触发电路,该电路能在晶闸管两端电压过零时刻触发晶闸管,从而实现TSC支路的无冲击投入。该电路采用隔离电源供电的电压比较器和二极管钳压电路组成电压过零检测模块,并加入一阶滤波环节。不但提高了过零检测的速度和精度,而且还解决了触发电路与主电路的电气隔离问题。通过实验证明该电路能应对复杂工况,并且取得了很好的触发效果。
This paper presents a low-voltage TSC trigger circuit that can zero voltage over time at both ends of the thyristor triggered thyristor,enabling TSC branch no impact on s circuit uses an isolated power supply voltage comparator circuit and diode clamping voltage zero crossing detection module,and add a link in order o-crossing detector not only improves the speed and accuracy,but also solves the trigger circuit and the main circuit electrically isolate the problem.
