资料介绍

根据目前激光清洗设备中现有手持清洗头清洗效率低、无法根据待清洗工件自身高度进行自动调节等缺点,提出一种利用相位激光传感器、以太网通信模块组成的嵌入式系统解决方案。该方案利用激光传感器采集待清洗工件表面与激光设备振镜的高度,MCU接收传感器采集的有效数据后,控制步进电机工作,自动调节激光设备振镜与待清洗工件表面的高度,使待清洗工件表面一直处于激光的有效焦深内,从而改变现有激光清洗机的手工操作模式。实验结果表明,该系统有良好的鲁棒性和高效的清洗效果。

According to the shortcomings of the current hand-held cleaning head in the laser cleaning equipment such as low cleaning efficiency and inability to automatically adjust the height according to the height of the workpiece to be cleaned,an embedded system solution using a phase laser sensor and an Ethernet communication module is proposed.The solution uses a laser sensor to collect the height of the surface of the workpiece to be cleaned and the galvanometer of the laser device.After receiving the valid data collected by the sensor,the MCU controls the operation of the stepping motor,and automatically adjusts the height of the galvanometer of the laser device and the surface of the workpiece to be cleaned.The surface of the workpiece is always within the effective depth of focus,and changes the manual mode of operation of existing laser washers.The experiment results show that the system has good robustness and efficient cleaning effect.
