Based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer,the object friction coefficient measuring system was designed.The system was mainly composed of STC89C52 single-chip computer,infrared sensor,LCD1602 display and inclined glass surface.The design principle and working process of the system were described.The construction of the device and the function programming of the system were completed.The experimental results showed that the system could realize the fast measurement of sliding friction coefficient of objects.The experimental results were basically consistent with the standard range,which verified the feasibility and reliability of the system scheme.The system has the characteristics of easy operation and low cost.
