The principle of the driver circuit of an inverter is introduced in this paper. A SPWM control circuit is designed with discrete components. The frequency of triangular wave is 10KHz, the sine wave is 50Hz, and the SPWM is 20KHz. The experimental results show that this method can work well. Temperature drift is overcome. And the cost is low. The output frequency is doubled. In addition, this paper helps us understanding the SPWM control circuit better. And the pragmatic value of this design is high.
