资料介绍

为了在不拆卸机栽电路板FPGA系统片外存储器的前提下备份其内部数据，防止维修该类板件时对其产生损坏风险，通过利用电路板原有硬件资源研究了一种数据备份方法。基于SOPC技术在目标板件FPGA配置各类NiosⅡ处理器系统组件并配置相应引脚搭建片上系统，在上位机NiosⅡ处理器集成开发环境中编写调试应用程序，读取FPGA片外存储器整片数据并将数据通过mGUART串口上传至上位机。实验结果表明，该方法无需进行器件拆焊，无硬件资源开销，操作速度快，数据备份可靠，同时开发周期短，可移植性强，能够针对不同板件快速进行适应性修改。本研究对该类航空产品电路板的深修有重要指导意义。

In order to backup its internal data without disassemble the off-chip memory of airborne circuit board, to prevent the risk of damage during repairing this kind of board, a data backup method is studied by u- sing the original hardware resources. Based on SOPC, various Nios Ⅱ processor system components and the cot- responding pins were configured to set up the SOC in FPGA on target board.
