锂离子动力电池SOP在线估计方法研究

提出基于一阶RC等效电路模型和电压限制的二维插值动力电池功率状态(SOP)估计方法,并采用HPPC试验对模型进行标定和验证,形成以电池实际充/放电容量和工作温度为变量的电池充/放电峰值功率二维插值表,实现电池SOP的在线估计。结果表明,采用一阶RC模型表征锂离子电池较为精确,采用二维插值在线估计SOP的方法的计算工作量较小。
This paper proposes a battery state of power (SOP) estimation method with second-order interpolation. The method is based on the first-order RC equivalent circuit and the SOP calculation method of voltage limitation, and the HPPC test is used to calibrate and verify the model. Based on the two-dimensional interpolation of battery charge and discharge capacity, and operating temperature, the peak charge and discharge power is obtained, the online SOP estimation is realized. The model is verified by HPPC test. Results show that the first-order RC model can characterize the Li-ion battery with high accuracy and the two-dimensional interpolation SOP estimation method has small computational complexity.
