资料介绍

针对微机械振动陀螺驱动控制电路中的幅频控制要求,提出了在高品质因数下,基于PWM技术的陀螺自激驱动控制方案,并建立了系统行为分析模型。鉴于系统的高阶非线性,采用平均周期法分析了系统的行为,根据理论分析设计了闭环驱动电路。理论分析和实验表明：闭环系统是稳定的,改变占空比可以调节振动幅度;在上电随机噪声下,自激振动幅度在1 h内向上漂移约为0.02%。

In order to meet the requirement of amplotude frequency control in the driving control circuit of MEMS gyroscope,a gyroscope self-oscillation driving control scheme based on PWM technology is proposed under the condition of high quality analysis model of the system behavior was ause of the high-order nonlinear for the whole system,the averaging method is adopted to analyze the system closed-loop driving circuit was designed according to theoretical theoretical analysis and experiment show the closed-loop system is stable and the vibration amplitude can be controlled by changing the duty ratio;in the power-on random noise,the maxim drift error of the self-oscillation vibration amplitude is about 0.02% in 1 h.
