基于PLC的剪板机电气控制系统设计与研究
资料介绍
以液压式剪板机为研究对象,制定了具有手动、自动和试剪切3种模式的剪板机控制要求,基于PLC控制方式对剪板机的控制系统硬件进行了模块化设计,绘制了主电路和伺服控制电路,在考虑剪板机刀具变形量对剪板机剪切精度影响的基础上,编制了剪板机刀具变形量补偿的控制流程。
This paper takes a hydrautic shearing plate machine as object of study,sets up the control regulation of the machine with manual,automatical and shearing operations,makes the modular design of the hardware of its control system based on PLC and designs its main and servo control circuits,and then,considering the influence of the deformation of the cutting tool on its shear precision,develops the control program of the deformation of the cutting tool.
