资料介绍

电容储能式螺柱焊机负载电容容量大,一次焊接过程电容能量完全释放,新一次的焊接过程会再次对电容充电,这种纯容性脉动负载对充电过程的功率因数校正需求更迫切。储能式螺柱焊机的储能电容容量大,电容端电压上升缓慢,对其充电的反激变换器不能很快地建立稳定状态,电感电流在变换器中逐渐累积形成畸变电流。提出一种前级反激变换器,后级两电容交替对负载电容充电的两级PFC充电方案,利用逻辑电路控制开关管的动作时序,详细介绍了主电路、控制电路及其仿真分析。结果表明,该方案具有电感电流跟随基准电压效果好和充电速度快的优点,实现了对纯容性脉动负载充电过程的功率因数校正。
