针对印刷电路板人工检测效率低、误检率高等问题,本文通过调查人工检测电路板的过程,对特定的印刷电路板设计了一套传送识别检测系统,用来取代人工拿取电路板再放板检测的过程。利用Solidworks软件建立三维模型,分别介绍了传送部分和测试部分的结构组成和工作原理,以及抓取机构、识别机构、测试机构的结构设计。该系统能实现印刷电路板的自动抓取、自动扫码识别和性能检测的功能,与人工检测相比,该设计能有效提高检测效率,降低误检率。该研究对设计印刷电路板的自动化生产具有较大的应用价值。

view of the low efficiency and high false detection rate of PCB manual detection, this paper designs a transfer recognition detection system to replace the manual pick-up of PCB and replay the playback detection process for specific PCB by investigating the process of manual detection of PCB. It builds 3D model by using Solidworks software, and introduces the structure of transmission part and test part respectively, as well as the structure design of grasping mechanism, recognition mechanism and testing mechanism. The system can realize the functions of automatic grasping, automatic code scanning recognition and performance testing of PCB. Compared with manual testing, the system can effectively improve the detection efficiency and reduce the false detection rate. It has great application value in the design of automatic production of PCB.
