为了让学生更加形象地理解放大电路的工作原理,在对共射放大电路理论研究的基础上,采用Multism作为开发平台,设计了一种基于分压偏置式基本共射放大电路的仿真系统。学生只需要调整可调电阻和输入信号,即可获得不同情况下共射放大电路的输入输出波形以及动态参数,在改变实验参数的过程中,能够直观地分析不同静态工作点对电路输出的影响。经过测试,该系统仿真效果良好,各种不同情况下的仿真结果与理论保持一致,具有操作简单、显示直观和修改方便等特点,能够加深学生对基本放大电路的理解,并激发其学习兴趣。

In order to let students understand the working principle of the amplify circuit more vividly,based on the theoretical research of the common-emitter amplify circuit,using Multism as a development platform,a simulation system based on partial pressure offset basic common-emitter amplify circuit is designed.Students only need to adjust the adjustable resistance and the input signal to obtain the input and output waveforms and dynamic parameters of the common-emitter amplify circuit under different conditions.In the course of changing experimental parameters,the influence of different static operating points on the output of the circuit can be intuitively analyzed.The system has a good simulation effect in the test,and the simulation results in various situations are consistent with the theory.The system has characteristics of simple operation,intuitive display and convenient modification,which can deepen students'understanding of the basic amplification circuit and stimulate their interest in learning.
