Hardware design and software programming of signal detecting circuit for large-area resistive touch screen are proposed in this paper, the purpose of which is to achieve the functions of data receiving, processing and sending with large-area resistive touch screen as input device through the application of ADS7846 as resistive screen controller and microcontroller MSP430 as the core and displaying on the user-friendly PC GUI interface.
