为进行钝感火工品电安全性测试,对一种以MOSFET(金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管)为开关元件的纳秒双快沿脉冲源进行分析与实验研究。简要介绍其结构的基础上,着重从高压场效应管的开关机理、推挽MOSFET动作时序以及主要寄生参数对输出脉冲波形影响等几方面来详细分析提高高压纳秒脉冲源输出脉冲特性的方法和途径。实验结果表明,该脉冲源可以产生脉冲上升沿约为5 ns、下降沿约为8 ns,幅值300 V左右的准方波脉冲,性能指标满足钝感火工品的电安全性试验的要求。

For electrical safety testing of insensitive pyrotechnics,an analysis and experimental research of a pulse generator with nanosecond pulse edge of a switch element which was based on the metal-oxide-semiconductor fieldeffect transistor( MOSFET) is presented. On the base of briefly introducing its structure,the methods and approaches to improve the output characteristics of pulse generator of nanosecond level are analyzed through the switch theory of high voltage MOSFET,the push-pull MOSFET action sequence,and mainly parasitic parameter.
