基于LTC3863的负电压电路设计

现代电子系统中不少电路需要负电压作为供电或控制,而传统使用变压器电路的方法具有体积大效率低的缺点。分析了负电压产生的原理,结合工程实际应用提出一种基于LTC3863的负电压电路设计方法,并对电路中主要器件参数进行分析和计算。仿真及试验结果验证表明,该电路具有转换效率高、体积小等特点,可以在各种嵌入式及手持终端设备中广泛使用。

Many circuits in modern electronic systems need negative voltage as the power supply or control signals. The tra-ditional circuits using transformers has the disadvantages of big volume and low efficiency. The principle that produces the nega-tive voltage is analyzed in this paper. A design method of negative voltage circuit based on LTC3863 is proposed in combination with actual application in engineering. The parameters of main components in the circuit are analyzed and calculated. The simula-tion and experimental results show that the circuit has the characteristics of high efficiency and small size,and can be widely used in embedded and hand-held terminal systems.
