为了提高50A模块的效率,设计了G250A的LLC拓扑的同步整流电路,但是LLC拓扑的同步整流电路存在着问题,本文在分析了原因的基础上对电路进行了优化设计,通过互锁电路的优化将驱动输出电平降低后再用作互锁MOS管的驱动信号,且更改后互锁电路可正常工作;通过降低驱动低电平可以使驱动的低电平从1V降到0V;采用驱动电路供电电源电压的优化方法,通过实验证明驱动电路供电电源电压Vcc取13.4V时效率最高。

In order to improve the efficiency of the 50A module,a 50A synchronous rectifier circuit of LLC topology is designed,but the rectifier circuit of LLC has some problems.In this paper,The circuit is optimized based on the analysis of the reasons.After the optimization of the interlock circuit,the drive output level is lowered and then used the driving signal for the interlocked MOS,The low level of the drive can be lowered from 1 V to 0 V by reducing the drive level.Through the optimization of the power supply of the drive circuit,the experiment proves that the efficiency of the drive circuit power supply voltage VCC is the highest when taking 13.4 V.
