资料介绍

为了减少太阳能LED草坪灯控制系统的成本,降低对太阳能电池的要求,设计了一种能工作在0.8V的低压太阳能LED草坪灯驱动控制器。该电路的输出电流可以在5mA~100mA范围内调节,能够满足各种不同LED对电流的需求。控制充电回路通断的开关管集成在芯片内部,减少了外围器件,使得整个草坪灯系统只需外接一个电感、二极管、电容和光敏电阻。该驱动电路还具有光开关自动控制放电,蓄电池过放迟滞保护功能,LED灯无闪烁。经过流片测试,采用该驱动电路LED灯效率大于80%。

To cut down the cost of the control system of solar LED lawn lights and reduce the request to solar energy battery,A driver controller about solar lawn lights which is able to operate under 0.8 volts is designed.Its output current can be adjusted from 5mA to 100 mA,so it is able to satisfy different kinds of LEDs.The PMOS transistor integrated in the chip controls the on and off of charge circuit.It can be discharged by the control of the light switch automatically.External components needed include only one inductor,one diode,one capacitor and one light sensor resistor.It has a battery over-discharge hysteresis protection,and LED lights flicker-free.As the tapeout and test results show,the efficiency of LED l...
