大功率LED照明电路高效驱动技术的研究

该文介绍了发光二极管的电特性,并根据并联、串联的特点,对具有较好稳定性与可靠性的LED串并联组合电路加以分析。研究了用恒定输出电流驱动大功率LED组的反激式电路,并给出电路参数设计。构建了10.0V/1.10A的输出电路原型,并在额定负荷与过载负荷下进行测试,以检验电流的稳定性。
In this paper, electrical properties of LED are first introduced, and then a series - parallel connection of LED with more stability and reliability is adopted on the basis of the features of parallel connection and series connection. A flybaek circuit for driving high power LED group with a constant - output - current is investigated, and the parameters are designed. A circuit prototype with an output of 10.0V/1.10A is fabricated and tested in rated load and overload conditions to verify its current stability.
