资料介绍

为了解决使用模拟锁相环设计传感器接口电路带来的精度低、测量过程繁琐等问题,采用软件锁相环设计了基于LabVIEW的谐振式微悬臂梁传感器智能激励与检测系统。将开环检测与闭环检测相结合,通过开环扫频获取待测传感器的参数信息,并通过在软件部分设计的锁相跟踪算法,使锁相更具针对性,锁相过程更快更准。采用该系统制作了便携式气体传感器样机,并对二氧化碳气体进行了实测,验证了该系统具有快速的频率跟踪能力和良好的频率稳定性。

Analog PLL( Phase Locked Loop) circuit designed for resonant micro-cantilever sensing systems suffers from some problems such as low precision and complex operation. To solve the problems,a Lab VIEW-based intelligent exciting and detecting system for resonant micro-cantilever sensors was presented. The system combined the open-loop and the closed-loop testing process. The whole detecting process starts from an open-loop test,which gives the key vibration parameters of the resonant microcantilever,then closed-loop test was carried out based on these parameters with a targeted phase tracing algorithm.
