资料介绍

为了精确地测量放大变换电路输出的频率脉冲信号,设计了一种放大变换电路测试系统.以工控机为主搭建硬件测试平台,给被测电路板提供七路供电电源、稳定的恒流输入信号以及时间基准脉冲信号,放大变换电路板将输出X、Y、Z三个通道,每个通道各正负两路,共计六路脉冲信号,将这些信号送到工控机内并利用美国NI公司的LabVIEW图形化编程软件,借助于NI-DAQmx驱动软件进行编程.系统完成后性能稳定可靠,测量精度达到设计要求.
