基于LabVIEW与Modbus的电路板测试系统通信模块设计与实现
资料介绍
针对多路电路板测试平台的需求,利用Lab VIEW,设计了基于Modbus通信协议的主从式串行通信模块。在简要介绍了子电路板系统构成和Modubs通信协议的基础上,进行了系统通信流程的设计,实现了串口通信、协议解析等功能,并介绍了提高通信可靠性的措施,最后的实验结果表明该设计基本满足了该测试系统的通信需求。
In order to meet the needs of multiple circuit boards testing platform,a maser-slave serial communication model based on Modbus protocol isdesigned on Lab VIEW software platform.After introducing the components of circuit board system and Modbus protocol,communication process of the systemis designed.The function of serial communication and protocol analysis arerealized,the measures to improve the reliability of communication is proposed.Finally,the experimental results show that the design meets the needs of the testing system.
