为减小基准电压源的误差,提高集成电路精度,设计了一种基于JTAG接口的熔丝烧断修调电路,着重分析JTAG接口及修调技术的具体实现。通过调整电路内部结构,使基准电夺在-40到85度的范围内误差不超过100ppm.并通过流片验证了该设计的可行性。

For the sake of decreasing the error of reference voltage source and improving the accuracy of integrated circuit ,one built-in trimming burning circuit design based on JTAG interface is presented in this paper. Focused on analyzing the implementation of the JTAG interface circuit and trimming technology. Meanwhile, make the error of reference voltage source does not exceed 100ppm with the temperature changes in the range of -40 to 85 degrees by adjusting circuit structure. The feasibility has been verified with the chip tape-out testing.
