一种光纤传导的大功率IGBT驱动电路的设计

In order to design a driving circuit for APF,this article provides a circuit using the optical fiber to conduct driving signal,gives the methods to choose related parameters,and then introduces the theory of fiber conduction.A 1 200 V/200 A IGBT circuit is designed to test related erimental results show the driving circuit designed for high-power driver circuits has certain advantages in the delay characteristics.
