资料介绍

针对目前WiFi通信易受障碍物影响、通信距离短且不能满足制造车间需求的问题,提出一种基于433MHz无线模块和WiFi技术相结合的信号转发系统设计。该系统通过串口将信息传给433MHz无线模块,利用433MHz无线模块穿透能力强、抗衰减能力好等优点,以达到将通信距离延长的需求,可以满足车间内信息传输的实时性以及抗干扰性强的要求。

Aiming at the current WiFi communication is easily affected by obstacles and the communication distance is short,which cannot meet the requirements of manufacturing workshop,a signal forwarding system design based on the combination of 433 MHz wireless module and WiFi technology is proposed.The system transmits information to the 433 MHz wireless module through serial port,and uses the advantages of the 433 MHz wireless module,such as strong penetration ability and good anti-attenuation ability,to meet the requirement of extending communication distance.It can meet the requirements of real-time information transmission and strong anti-interference.
