资料介绍

针对半导体激光器工作温度随时间变化存在漂移和不稳定的问题,提出了基于遗传算法的半导体激光器温度控制系统.将单片机、铂电阻和TEC半导体制冷器分别作为系统的处理器、温度敏感器和温控执行器,通过遗传算法模型来分析被控对象的物理特性,利用遗传算法的快速搜索能力来训练温度控制的权系数,并对设计的系统进行实验验证.结果表明,该系统的温度控制精度为±0. 002℃,控制范围为5~70℃,超调量低于8%,能够实现高精度和宽范围的控制效果,具有较好的工程应用价值.

Aiming at the existing drift and unstability problem when the working temperature of semiconductor laser changes with the temperature,a semi-conductor laser temperature control system based on genetic algorithm was proposed. The single chip microcomputer,platinum resistor and TEC semiconductor cooler were used as the system processor,temperature sensor and temperature control actuator,respectively. The physical characteristics of controlled object were analyzed with the gentic algrithm model. Moreover,the weight coefficient of temperature control was trained with the fast searching ability of genetic algorithm,and the experiment validation for the designed system was verified. The results showthat the temperature control accuracy of the system is ± 0. 002 ℃,the control scale is from 5 ℃ to 70 ℃,and the overshoot is less than8%. Hence,the designed system can realize the high precision and wide range control,and has better engineering application value.
