为解决高原寒区冷补料在低温环境下养护施工质量不佳的问题,本文基于AT89C52单片机和DHT11温湿度传感器设计了一种智能加热搅拌装置温湿度监控系统.将乳化沥青冷补料加热到一定温度,通过无线传输实时显示温度和湿度,当温湿度超出阈值范围时,实现升温/降温、加湿/除湿的控制。

In order to solve the problem of poor maintenance and construction quality for plateau cold fill material under low temperature environment, this paper designed a wireless temperature and humidity monitoring system for intelligent heating and stirring Device on account of AT89 S51 microcontroller and DHT11 temperature and humidity transducer. The cold filled emulsified asphalt is heated to a certain temperature, the system can display the current real-time temperature and humidity by wireless transmission, when the values exceed the threshold it can realize the system control of heating or cooling, humidifying or dehumidifying.
