多并网光伏逆变器的谐振特性分析

资料介绍

针对系统中光伏渗透率提高导致由多LCL滤波型并网逆变器并联引起的复杂谐振问题,首先分析了并网逆变器的控制策略及谐振机理,然后建立单台并网逆变器的诺顿等效电路模型,并扩展成多机并网逆变器的诺顿等效电路模型,进而构建综合考虑电网背景谐波、非线性负载、多并网逆变器的配电网等值阻抗模型;再利用阻抗分析法分别仿真分析了多逆变器串联、并联条件下的谐振特性,两种情况下并网逆变器数量及电网阻抗对谐振的影响。仿真结果表明:随着并网逆变器数量的增加,由分布电容和非线性负载产生的负谐振峰向高频方向移动,移动幅度逐渐减小,但谐振峰的幅值逐渐增大。

Aiming at the complex resonance problem caused by the parallel connection of multiple LCL filter type grid-connected inverters in the system, the control strategy and resonance mechanism of the grid-connected inverter are analyzed firstly. Then, Norton equivalent circuit of a single grid-connected inverter is established. Simultaneously, the equivalent circuit model is extended to the Norton equivalent circuit model of the multi-machine grid-connected inverter. The equivalent impedance model of the distribution network considering the grid background harmonics, nonlinear load and generalized load is constructed. The resonance characteristics of multi-inverter under series and parallel conditions are simulated respectively with impedance analyzing method. The influence of the number of grid-connected inverters and grid impedance on resonance is analyzed. Finally, the simulation results show that with the increase of the number of grid-connected inverters, the negative resonance peak generated by the distributed capacitance and the nonlinear load moves towards the high-frequency direction, and the moving amplitude gradually decreases, but the amplitude of the resonant peak gradually increases.
