论文利用旋变数字转换器(Resolver-to-digital Converter,RDC)芯片19XSZ3412-S32-07A构建了制导雷达伺服控制系统中,高精度的双路位置检测模块。首先,介绍了轴角转换、粗-精组合及粗-精纠错的原理;给出了轴角转换系统中包含激磁源、旋变芯片以及旋转变压器在内的三个主要模块的工作原理;设计了基于19XSZ3412-S32-07A的旋变数字转换器转换模块内部电路,搭建了外围硬件系统。提出了基于DSP的粗、精通道解耦算法。本文设计的基于旋变数字转换器的系统外围器件少,解算精度高,达到了相关设计要求,系统工作稳定可靠。

In this paper, a high resolution dual-channel position detection module is constructed by using a resolver-to-digital converter (RDC) chip 19XSZ3412-S32-07A in the guidance radar servo control system. Firstly, the principle of the shaft angle transformation, the rough and fine combination and the principle of the coarse error correction are introduced. The working principle of the three main modules in the shaft angle conversion system is given, including the excitation source, the resolver chip and the resolver. The internal circuit of the resolver-to-digital converter module based on the 19XSZ3412-S32-07A is designed and the peripheral hardware system is constructed. A coarse and fine channel decoupling algorithm based on DSP is proposed. The number of peripheral devices based on the resolver-to-digital converter designed in this paper is relatively small, the precision of the solution is high, and relevant design requirements are achieved, the system is stable and reliable.
