频率自动跟踪超声清洗装置的设计

为保障超声波换能器工作在谐振状态,设计了一款以ATMEGA328单片机为核心,结合模拟电路,带有频率自动跟踪功能的超声清洗装置,包含主电路和控制电路。主电路的作用是将市电转换为超声频电能供给换能器,控制电路的作用是根据键入频率值为IGBT器件提供开关信号,再将鉴相结果反馈回单片机用于调整输出频率,保障清洗装置工作于最佳谐振状态。此外,清洗装置的运行状态和工作参数由液晶屏实时显示。通过仿真证明,该款清洗装置具有易调节、精度高、动态响应快等优点,适用于机械、化学、医疗、电子等常用器件的清洗、除垢。

To keep the ultrasonic transducers working at resonant state,this paper has designed an ultrasonic cleaning equipment using the ATMEGA328 single-chip microcomputer as a core,working with analog circuit and intelligent frequency track,including main circuit and control circuit.The function of main circuit is to convert the normal power into the ultrasonic power,the control circuit provides IGBT’s signal depending on the keyboard’s value,and puts the result of phase discrimination feedback to the single chip microcomputer for adjusting frequency to ensure the cleaning equipment works in an optimal resonant state.In addition,the states and parameters of cleaning equipment are displayed by LCD.Results of simulation show that the cleaning equipment has many advantages,such as easy adjustment,high precision and fast dynamic response,and it’s also suitable for a variety of cleaning conditions,such as machinery,chemistry,medicine and electronics.
