高压大容量锂电池组能量管理系统
资料介绍
为了实现对大容量锂电池组能量管理研究的需求,设计了一套系统,该系统主要包括高压大容量锂电池组、直流配电箱、充电机、负载及能量管理软件。锂电池组通过直流配电箱与大功率自动充电机、负载单元进行充放电测试。可以通过能量管理软件在线设置大功率自动充电机的充电电流、电压以及充电方式;同时可通过能量管理软件在线设置自动负载单元的功率大小。系统中设置锂电池组电流及电压测量传感器、主回路直流接触器、以及主回路熔断器等各种控制测量、保护方式,可保证系统安全可靠运行。实际应用表明,该系统具有智能化、模块化、测试准确等优点,达到了设计要求。
In order to realize the needs of various researches on the energy management system of largecapacity lithium battery packs,a test system was designed,which mainly includes high-voltage largecapacity lithium battery packs,DC distribution boxes,chargers,loads and energy management software.The lithium battery pack is tested for charge and discharge by a DC power distribution box and a highpower automatic charger and load unit. The charging current,voltage and charging mode of the highpower automatic charger can be set online through the energy management software;the power of the automatic load unit can be set online by the energy management software. Various control measurement and protection methods such as lithium battery current and voltage measurement sensor,main circuit DC contactor,and main circuit fuse are set in the system to ensure safe and reliable operation of the system.The practical application shows that the system has the advantages of intelligence,modularity,accurate test and so on,and meets the design requirements.
