简易功率测量装置

本设计完成的是简易功率测量装置,测量功率准确,能够测量交、直流电在负载上的功率。并能够动态实时显示负载功率,系统以单片机MSP430F5529为核心,构成一个简易功率测量装置。基于低噪声高精度运算放大器INA128构成的信号采集电路完成对采样电阻上的电流检测。运用真有效值转换芯片AD637对交流信号的处理,并搭建信号调理电路。测量的功率误差小,能够自动识别交直流电信号选择量程。有效的实现了简易功能测量装置的全部功能。
This design completes a simple power measuring device, which can measure the power of AC and DC currents on load accurately. It can display the load power dynamically and in real time. The system takes MSP430F5529 as the core and constitutes a simple power measuring device. The signal acquisition circuit based on low noise and high precision operational amplifier INA128 completes the current detection on the sampling resistance. Real RMS conversion chip AD637 is used to process AC signal, and signal conditioning circuit is built. The measured power error is small, and the range of AC and DC signal selection can be automatically identified. All functions of the simple function measuring device are effectively realized.
