资料介绍

变流器系统电源多采用高频开关电源。由于变流器系列产品源输出电压范围较宽,且变流器系统电源要求输出路数较多,因此要求开关电源输入电压范围宽,多路输出,性能稳定且成本低廉。提出了基于宽输入多路输出的高压开关电源设计方案;采用双管反激电路拓扑;设计了主变压器、驱动变压器、控制电路、副边输出整流二极管等电路主要部分。通过PSIM软件仿真及实物调试,验证了该方案低成本满足项目对开关电源输入电压宽多路输出且具有保护功能的要求。

High frequency switching power supply is mostly used in converter system. Because the output voltage range of converter series products is wider and the output circuit number of converter system power supply is more,it requires wide input voltage range,multiple output,stable performance and low cost of switching power supply. The design scheme of high voltage switch power supply based on wide input multiway output is proposed. The topology of double-pipe anti-excitation circuit is adopted. The main Transformer,drive Transformer,control circuit,and auxiliary output rectifier diode are designed. Through PSIM software simulation and actual debugging,it is verified that the scheme meets the project’s requirements of wide input voltage and multi-output with protection function at low cost.
