直流固态变压器是直流电网中核心元件之一,其变换效率是一个重要指标。以谐振DC-DC变换器作为基本单元级联的直流固态变压器的效率主要由谐振DC-DC变换器所决定。本文通过对串联谐振变换电路进行阶段分析,讨论了影响开关管关断损耗的主要因素;推导了电路的零电压开通条件;探讨了通过优化相位滞后角与谐振频率以提升变换器效率的方案。搭建了串联谐振变换电路实验样机,实验结果初步验证了本文提出的效率优化方案的有效性。

DC solid state transformer is one of the core components in DC power grid,and its efficiency is an important index. The efficiency of a DC solid state transformer cascaded with resonant DC-DC converters as the basic unit is mainly determined by the resonant DC-DC converters. This paper analyzes the working stages of series resonant converter and discusses the main factors that affect the turnoff loss. The zero voltage switching-on( ZVS-on) condition of the circuit is derived. The scheme of improving the efficiency of the converter by optimizing the phase lag angle and resonant frequency is discussed. An experimental prototype of series resonant converter is built,and the experimental results preliminary verify the effectiveness of the efficiency optimization scheme proposed in this paper.
